I would say Super Smash Bros., but with items turned off and playing on the standard stages only. The fact that there are more aspects to the Smash series than most fighting games makes it harder to win with little skill. What separates Smash is the free-roaming environment, and along with that comes more things the player needs to be aware of. In typical fighting games, you're right up next to your opponent and you're only focused on attacking. In Smash you've got to be wary of more.
Basically, simple buttom-mashing will not get you as far in Smash as it will in any traditional fighting game.
