PAL PS3 Backwards Compatability Progress Update

here in Sweden everybody have broadband. I have 100MB connection and it cost me $50 :D. It seems that USA is little behind. I had 10MB in 5years and it also cost $50 I thought that 10MB was really fast till I got 100MB a year ago O_O.
