I think tc is right in a way. The ps3 is more powerful but for devs to get the power out of of the ps3 it takes takes twice as long, cost twice as much etc. The things is after all that work they only look slightly better, not really worth the effort. So the only games that will be better on the ps3 are 1st party titles.
