It will be exclusive to the 360 CONSOLE but maybe also on PC, this suits MS as they have an invested interest in this game and they get a share whatever format it's on so if you have a PS3/Wii and buy a PC version MS wins, if you don't buy it on the PC i.e it's underpowered and you don't have a 360 MS wins, it's a win win situation for MS they don't care that some things they have invested in goto the PC...
