At TWRoO: Your right, the largest actual cart was 48Mbit, there is homebrew software that allows for 64Mb. Sorry.
Also, the licensing fees they don't pay are for the DVD playback and the name DVD , they still have to pay the ones to license DVD-Rom technology in the Wii.
