SNES games were mostly 8-32 Mb (1-4 MB) with a few 64mb (8MB)
N64 64Mb-512Mb (8-64MB)
DS sames as N64 (with better compression) and I think there's a 1024Mb chip (256MB)
GCN proprietary discs were 1.5GB

DVDs and CDs are standard... Dreamcast had GDs which were modified CDs that held 1GB


Wiki says the largest SNES games came to 48mbit (6MB) and there were some N64 games at 32Mbit (4MB)
