any link to back this up would be nice, I don't believe it's been losing money for awhile, and the redesign is absolutely gonna be cheaper than the current model, just like the PS2. @Joemanji, thanks, I'll need to look those up. If they get new UMDs on the market for 9.99 I think there will be a large increase in their sales. I see this as Sony's biggest mistake with the PSP, and don't worry Sony supported betamax for 23yrs, so UMDs will be fine. Also consider that the PSP appealed to some gamers that otherwise would not have a handheld, like me.
