Are there still ~1.75m sitting on retails shelves? I think these numbers need to be clarified with http://vgchartz.com/worldcons.php where we can see the last shipped figures. The last fiscal report is from 2007 and all of those should easily be 'sold' by now, in fact the current gen machines have higher sales than those shipped figures by now. I wish ioi would update that page with the last couple of reports. |

these sites say 29 million SEGA Genesis units sold. Hard to really say whos number are more accurate. If only SEGA would make a site showing their systems' worldwide sales numbers.
