We should send aid when countries ask for it? We never give aid that the country doesnt want nor ask for it. Africa and South America are begging for aid and debt forgiveness, and our help is only a fraction of what they ask for and need.
More harm than good? So scholarships do students more harm than good? Food pantries do the hungry more harm than good? Another sad statement.
