Concept: You are a being in fantasy world, which is simulated very accurately.

Game will be sadistically difficult. When you die, you die completely with that char, but you can go on playing with your kids/minions(Depends what kind of being you are.). First you are just stranger/nobody. After a while you can become even king, be a commander of troops & so on.
