Sony sees M$ as their rival mainly because of the HD format war
and it won't take years to pass 360 in WW sales look at Japan much of the PS2 userbase either still hasn't bought a current gen system or they bought a wii...FF13 will move PS3 consoles there
Q3-4 09 the PS3 can be ahead of 360 if current trends continue in sales and releasing of exclusive AAA games
