Totally agree. When I saw that sentence I realised the guy writing it was a total idiot. If the previous ones sold, then this won't be an exception because it's more of the same. Otherwise GTA/Halo/Maio/Pokemon/C & C etc would have stopped selling a long time ago.

Perhaps you missed the next sentence and posted a knee-jerk reaction? The one where he says... Of course, that's not a bad thing -- the franchise has rightfully earned its legions of fans

Meaning that either he's not a total idiot or you have some other reason to believe so?

 

 I agree he say that, but then he says "However..." and carries on complaining.
