I don't agree with most of your house list. The sorting is about personality not whether they are good/evil/clever/stupid.
Mario should be in Hufflepuff (hardworkers)
DK and ROB don't fit anywhere because they are not people (DK might go in Slytherin... stops at nothing to achieve his ends)
Snake is a Slytherin, as his name suggests... It doesn't mean he is evil it means he is underhanded and sneaky.
Sonic I would say Ravenclaw, but he is hard to place being a hedghog, so Gryffindor suits too.
Peach is not hardworking, I'd say she's a Ravenclaw. (doesn't have to be clever but values Knowledge)
Marth/Ike/Roy/King dedede I don't know enough about.
I agree with Link/Zelda/Ganon... and with most of the rest though.
