Is is true that the original Banjo Kazooie is coming to Xbox Live Arcade?

If that's the case then there will be a favor returned haha.  Companies don't do that for nothing.  Either Nintendo is getting a piece of the profit(the most likely) or Rare is returning the favor with a game or a project for their VC. 

 

Anyways it's cool that its coming over but I have my N64 hooked up right next to my 360 with that game in the slot haha so don't know if I'll download it.

Why would there need to be an additional favor for this? Rare already made Diddy Kong Racing for DS and is working on Viva Pinata for it too. They also ported all of the Donkey Kong Country games onto the GBA, along with spinoffs for Banjo-Kazooie.
