Hmm I didnt realize the development on APB news (PC only now and both HD consoles later) and it seems legit. To me thats a big win for Sony and I wonder why it wasnt made more public. Realtime Worlds was supposed to have a really good relationship with MS due to Crackdown and the development kit is all Windows. They must have been hiring a PS3 team over the past year.
As for SO4, Tri-Ace has already publically said that a PS3 version may or may not be released and is undecided. I wouldnt be surprised if the delay is at least 9 months based on previous games if it even gets released at all.
