No, there's no way in hell. The "10 year life cycle" for the PS3 is questionable as it is and would likely only keep around if Sony decides to keep the PS3 on shelves well after the PS4 is selling and the PS3 is not. The only hope that the PS3 would sell at all would be if the PS4 doesn't support PS3 backward compatibility.
That's how Sony intends to keep the PS2 around for 10 years, despite plunging sales.
The difference between the PS2 and PS3 is cost and Sony has no motivation to keep losing money on the PS3. If the PS3 isn't making money at a reasonable price (say, $199) by year 6 when the PS4 comes out, expect Sony to axe it outright.
