@Brute Kids that scream in stores are only doing it because they can't use words to address whatever's bothering them. The parent that keeps their kid in the store will likely have less problems dealing with them when they're older as the kids realize they can't get what they want by being little babies. Yes, it's annoying, but it's not as bad as some of the stupidity I see in people everyday.
