yes, we know it is being developed on a pc thank you for reminding us.
Is it being developed for the ps3 though? That is my question.
i will fix the OP to help understand the question better.
EDIT: I'm going to put you under "not a port" reasoning that not every game can be a port considering some versions of some games are called ports of other version, thereby differentiating ports and non ports. Your statement suggests that you believe that games are developed on a pc, for a console.
