sorry steven but to clarify, do you think the program is being worked out for the specs and environment of the ps3.
We understand that the programs are run on the PC using PC programs, but the games are not actually made to run on PC. They are made to run according to the program, that is designed to run on the ps3 or other consoles.
Meaning, a PC based PS3 environment.
If that is the case, then that code is designed for the console, not the pc. A pc is virtually limitless compared to a console. There must be a ceiling, which would be the enivironment.
