I think my biggest pet peeve is poor design. Not really any specific type of poor design, just the general problem of it being so insanely prevalent. For example, whose bright idea was it to make most glassware top-heavy (and thus very easy to tip over), in spite of the fact that glass shatters ridiculously easily? Naturally, bad game design irks me too, and I could make a laundry list of poor design decisions from near-countless games I've played, but then I'd just be cramping the AVGN's style.
But yeah, poor design decisions. Especially persistent ones. Hate 'em.
