PlayStation 4Ever is the best I've heard (At least for the English Speaking Countries)

Or they can can do the Winamp route and say PS2 + PS3 = PS5 and skip 4 all together

Or call it PlayStation XP Service pack 3

Or even PlayStation 4 (*NAHHHHHHH too easy)
