Good discussion so far. Two things I'd like to add:
Two Face ain't dead. He can't be. Harvey Dent may be dead, but Two Face has to be alive. If he's dead, then Batman killed him. Batman doesn't kill.
Also, did anybody but me think that the people on those ferries had the detonator to THEIR OWN ships? Joker is freaky like that. You see the crap he pulled with Harvey and Rachel..........
