Obviously created by someone who doesn't understand the file size increase created by uncompressed HD graphics and audio.  Compressed SD version of MGS4 with Wii level graphics could easily be done on a disc or two.

I'm sure it was created just to be a funny joke, and it accomplishes its goal.  We all know the game could fit on one disc with wii graphics, and the wii does not even support Dolby Digital or DTS sound or whatever else, so no worries about compressing already small files.
