Probably yes.) FFXIII is not a system seller for x360, it just a game, which current x360 owners will be able to buy. Maybe FFXIII will sell 500k, maybe 1 mln. But main sales will be on PS3 and not only because Japan.) It will outsell x360 version in all regions.
