The main question that everyone dances around each year is how do you determine who "Won" E3?
I'm of the opinion that it comes down to a combination of the quantity, quality and impressiveness of the new announcements that are made, and a combination of the quantity, quality and impressiveness of the games (previously known ones included) that are demonstrated.
I honestly think that Microsoft had the biggest announcement of the show with Final Fantasy XIII being released for the XBox 360, Nintendo had the most announcements, and all three had things which were similarly impressive in their own ways. The games that were displayed tilts towards Microsoft, with Nintendo it is pretty hit-or-miss (depending on who you talk to), and Sony's games were impressive but we have seen almost everything that was on display before.
