Do you prefer JRPGs or WRPGs?

There are more then enough "skill" and "action" gaming games... I like my RPGs turn based and almost completly strategy based.

In reality JRPG or WPRG means nothing ot me. what maters is if it's an ARPG or a "traditonal" RPG.

I don't see why Western developers wouldn't atleast try making a traditional RPG. I personally think JRPG and WRPG are totally unecessary labels which is why some people don't like the former.

 

Got me, but as far as i know... they haven't.  Outside of Ultima and Fallout i can't think of any turn based WRPGs.

Of course I hate those terms as well and perfer ARPG, RPG (or TRPG if you must) and SRPG.
