From dev time, budget size, hype, the fail will go...
Killzone2>TooHuman>The Conduit
Is about perpective, high budget titles with several years on dev time have more chances to end up on a fail... Small budget title with modest sales could be a great winning for a small company...
Comparing Killzone 2 (High budget, hyped since 2005, outsourcing resources, photoshoped issues, etc) with the Conduit (Small budget, small dev team, hyped since the last three months only on the internet, showing demos from a dev kit on a small tv) is a little unfair...
