Well lets start from 2006... since it's the easiest to find and we'll add in more from there.

So in 2006 we know it's already over $21 Million in 2006. Without advertising mind you.

As for the rest it'll be harder as there are dozens and dozens of fourm posts everywhere of people taking the 40-50 million dollar budget as simple common knowledge.

are you sure, because from what I read, they said their "BUDGET" is over 21 million.

Not "we've already spent 21 million".

 

The production budget... and it's well known since then it's gone over budget.

So it was at over 21 million... (by a good amount if they can definitivly state it's more expensive)... then we know they went over budget. 

Hell you could tell that by the fact that the games been "delayed" twice.
