Precisely. His friend's comments imply that they are casual, ill informed gamers, which is typical of Sony's base. These are not likely to be people who go to websites, read press statements, scrutinize E3 presentations, or see sales figures. They are out of the loop, and completely unaware of the situation Sony is presently in.
