Hahhaa, damn straight. I'm definitely not complaining about Uematsu, but yeah, FF6 is his best work and is one of my favorite game scores of all time. It's up there with Katamari and classic Mario for me.
Yokoi should replace Sakamoto because he made Duck Hunt and Dr. Mario and Super Mario Land and Kid Icarus and the Game Boy and the Virtual Boy and Ice Climbers and Balloon Fight and who knows what else. Sakamoto only did Metroid. Hell, Yokoi should top this list just for making the Game Boy.
Will Wright should be in the top 3 or so. Sim City was a gaming revolution with a million clones to this day. And so was the Sims. He changed the industry. Twice.
I can't sort out the rest of the list, but I'd go Miyamoto, Yokoi, Wright. You guys could sort out the other 7 for me.
