That's pretty much the viewpoint of any sane person. While the iPhone will never touch the PSP in game offerings

 

Never say never. The iPhone is a VERY capable piece of hardware. I expect it to really impact PSP sales over the years. Not so much DS sales.

By the time the iPhone is really cranking out games, the PSP will probably be nearing end-of-life. It might happen but I don't see it really impacting the PSP overall.
