Only villain I can think of with somwhat of a good story Mr. Freeze with his whole wife story but its pretty weak compared to this movie. It also doesnt follow the theme i am kind of picking up.

Though villians I would expect catwoman plus another villian. Not sure what other villian, hopefully not the penguin sigh
