I doubt it. There was a fuss over publishing the game for PC, which MS later allowed EA to do. MS mentioned "best to keep it exclusive and let them publish it" in regards to the PC port so it leads me to believe that some sort of agreement was reached to keep the game off the PS3.
ME2 will probably be multiplat, though.
