Nope, but people love to think that, and sometimes they thought that because they want it, its never going to happend...

On topic, well yeah, it give Konami a big excuse por a port, we don't know why they didn't lmade it, and we don't know if they are going to announce one, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did it... because the game is finished, it will see its bigger lifetime bump on hollidays and they don't need Kojima for the port, so, they can put it on the 360 next year or so...
