Won't be surprised to see MGS4 special edition (integral/substance/subsistence) on both platforms in a year or so.
As for MGS4; still a PS3 exclusive, and will still enjoy the full benefit of that exclusivity in terms of sales until a revised edition is announced.
Either way, Konami still picks up extra sales on both platforms for a revised edition. I wouldn't be entirely surprised to see a PC Games for Windows version either.
It won't make a difference in terms of losing or stealing exclusivity or hardware market share due to the time gap in releases. Not too different a situation from the staggered releases of Bioshock, UT3 or Lost Planet.
