I'm really digging the PS3 lineup for '08 b/c of Resistance, Bioshock, LittleBigPlanet, Valkyria Chronicles, and Eternal Sonata. Of course if I had a 360, I would already be done with ES and Bioshock....
If it weren't for the sheer awesomeness and novelty of LBP, I'd hand it to the 360. As is, I'd say it's a tie.
For early '09, the PS3 is looking great. Killzone is sounding better and better everyday, and Infamous looks like a surprise hit. Combine Resident Evil 5 and you really can't go wrong with a PS3.
GOW and MAG don't have official release dates unlike Killzone and Infamous, which tells me neither are coming out in early '09, so I'm not going to comment on them.

Prediction Aug '08: We see the PSP2 released fall '09. Graphically, it's basically the same as the current system. UMD drive ditched and replaced by 4-8gb on board flash memory. Other upgrades: 2nd analog nub, touchscreen, blutooth, motion sensor. Design: Flip-style or slider. Size: Think Iphone. Cost: $199. Will be profitable on day 1.
