Ocarina of Time, without a doubt. Majora's Mask is definitely in my top 5 too. Paper Mario was great as well, as was the original Smash Bros. Oh, and Starfox 64, what a game that was.. *.* Do gameboy games count? Otherwise Link's Awakening would be my number 2. :)
