I think some people need a translator :
the guy said :

WHICH MEANS :
"u can't rely to third paty exclusive because, if u are not the true leader (as Sony with the PSX/PS2), they will not go exclusive to you and they will release the game to other plateforms."
WHICH DOESN'T MEAN :
"The Xboat will stop sinking"
