Calling 911 would effectively more than double the amount of time for the old lady to reach the hospital.
In an emergency, a few seconds can mean the difference between life and death.

But, I guess if she survives that could be a really good plan.
You can wait for the ambulance with them and chat a bit.
Though I can only imagine the smalltalk that can occur in this situation.  =P

And no you can't just leave your car there and ride the bus with them, it will be towed.



I like how everyone had different priorities.

Mistershine wanted to get the girl at all costs. He would only ask for his friends number and leave an old lady to die in the street. I guess a romantic in training... or a horny pervert. =P

Lolita wanted to save the old lady over meeting her bestfriend again after so long or meeting the love of her life.
She would sacrifice her happiness for someone in need. Selfless?

Dtewi believes friendship is more important.
He would risk the old lady's life and only chat a bit with the girl of his dreams just so he can spend some time again with his bestfriend who he owes his life to.

I don't think there's a real "correct" answer to this question.
There are multiple plausible answers for it though.
