You guys are sad trying to argue that Pac-man and other games back then are hardcore/casual ect.

Face it. They were fun and that it. They went into catagory fun.

If someone has never played games before and you throw them a "hardcore" game to play you have to sit there and teach them slowly the moves constantly. And they suck for a long time.

Playing games now is like throwing somebody some algebra or something. Sure you can teach them it somewhat, but they still struggle. Then you have the games like pacman and wiisport and stuff and its like doing simple math. Anyone can do it and they have fun doing it.

Gamers who game all the time like us can pick up any standard shooter game, sports game ect. and just start playing withotu manual or getting told anything. Sure we might take a second to learn a button here or there. But we have the button layout memorized and roughly what each button does. Though may be a bit different each game, close enough we adjust quick.

Face it your having fun doing calculus homework, while the rest of the world is having fun doing multiplication. They don't even want to touch calculus, it looks too hard and is not fun
