I do believe MS should take notice of the PS3, but truthfully, it's not because the PS3 is doing amazing, but because MS is suddenly realizing that their grand plan to have a year's dominating lead is about to fall to pieces because they made hardware that is going to get them sued.
Even with Sony stumbling over and over again and making their fanboys declare that every game ever released on that system as the greatest thing ever in an attempt to justify their early purchase, they'll stop stumbling eventually, and Microsoft really better make sure they don't fall down lest they be relegated out of people's minds again as the Halo Box.
