Why Gears of War 2 will be more important than MGS4 or Halo 3!

I highly doubt any franchise on a MS console will be more important than Halo. Halo is the franchise that defined and pushed the Xbox brand. GoW 2 will in all liklihood be the must-have game of the late-fall and early-winter, but it will not sell more than Halo 3.
