It looks better graphically, yeah no doubt.
Gameplay wise though the actual gameplay itself looks a lot better, it's faster, more fun and offers a lot more options so far. The consume option and 3 way war bring way more options to the field then Infamous dose.
Plus the Prototype gameplay just looks a lot faster and smoother.
Infamous looks like it didn't pull enough away from the somewhat broken GTA combat... it just doesn't seem that smooth move to move.
