Gettem Nintendo!!! :D

Gaming make me feel GOOD!

Yeah if it was a nonprofit fan project, I would be on the filmmaker's side. But trying to make money off of someone else's franchise, and trying to present it as your own, that's sick..

I'm a filmmaker, writer, and gamer. Add me on Xbox Live or message me!

hey their using a Nintendo property to make money, thats a lawsuite

Yea you can't take someone else's property and sell it as your own haha. Deserve to have their asses sued.

I'm surprised at how reasonable the responses here are. You can't sell and profit from someone else's property.

If I started selling bootleg copies of this shitty movie (assuming I could find someone stupid enough to buy it), how do you think the creators would feel?

Makes sense to me, especially if Nintendo repeatedly asked them to remove it.

Evil Nintendo. Now if I want to go scuba diving, will I also get sued?

Who the heck would ever pay to see that abomination in theatres, or get it on DVD...? It was awful! Good thing Nintendo did this, it hurt the image and good name of the Zelda franchise!

If u sell scuba-diving gear and run boats with the endless ocean tag on it, and are making money, then yes.

If these guys made the movie and didn't charge anything, I doubt intendo would care, but the minute you start selling someone elses IP, thats when you cross the line.

You actually cross the line before that. Selling someone elses's IP is when you set the line on fire, piss on it, and call its mother a whore.
