Retail musings are hardly something one should go by but from what I have read people said the 120GB PS3 were very hard to find. Anyone seen for themselves a problem such as this in NA? Either way just fightning for scraps, Nintendo are killing the competition.

For all we know the PS3 could have raised more in Others+NA than the 360, so I'm not sure about stock levels being a problem just yet ..

If i were ioi, i would have said PS3 > 900k if it was 900-949k... PS3 < 1m if it was 950-999k.

I would say that is a good assumption. Generally when we estimate sales we go by 50k intervals so if it would have been less than 950k they would have put it that way. Same with the rest. But could be by 100k intervals as well but still more than likely PS3 is over 900k which is astonding to say the least. Same with Wii being over 1900k which is great.

Seems like PS3 and 360 sales will be close but still seems like a sizable amount. Either way it is great sales for both.
