Like most people I was thinking this game will be a cool devil may cry like action game with some sexappeal, cool graphics and exciting bosses...which is fine with me.

I am happy to report that it is all those things I thought it would be...plus about 200% more.

Summary of what I saw:

- This is the most stylish game ever made. Nothing I've seen before even comes close. The moment you see the first level at the graveyard and credits for who made the game start coming off the grave tombs as the story is unfolding...you will know that this won't be a boring game to watch.

- It has a heavy emphasis on story with lots of cutscenes. For the first hour that I saw, the story is quite interesting and has loads of potential. Because things are so stylish and over the top, you are not bored while watching these 5 minute cutsceneses broken appart by 5 minutes of gameplay...

- Original ideas overload. Not since early MGS games have a played a game that does this many things differently from the norm and makes them work.

- Gameplay has so much variety. Ive never had this many attacks at my disposal and they are so easy to do. Moves are very easy to pick up and very fun once you master them.

All in all, I think this game is going to surprise a lot of people. I don't think people that like their games to be very serious will appreciate it...but people that want to see creativity and some stylish action will be blown away.

It makes Devil May Cry 4 action and story look so creatively stiff youll think that game was a puppet show...

The game rocked, I am getting it.

I've been playing the demo at least once every time I get on my 360. The battles are just great when you know how to do combos and stuff. My bro saw me play for the first time yesterday and he was "mind-blowned" by the amount of action this game has! Plus, it seems like there's a big hub-world in the game so that's cool.

Yeah the game should be quite big too. I didnt even get to the big hub world yet...and I played for an hour.

Here is the best compliment I can give to what I played.

I've been gaming for almost 20 years now. While gaming is still quite fun most of the time it feels like "been there done that". This game plays fresh and shows me things I have not seen before. I can't name another action game this gen that did this for me...

Heard the demo was straight.

i wrote the game off because of its similarities to dmc. after playing it, i'm really impressed. yeah some parts are kinda corny but i think it adds to the game. the action the styl the sex appeal, its all great. the more i play it, the more i like it. can't wait to play it when it comes out!

It's alright, not as great as most were making it out to, but it's good. The graphic needs a little work. The best part about it is it seems easy and fun. I'll get it eventually.

As you said it seems that for action purists this game will be a blast. The battle system is very sleek and fun.

However I hate that the environments are extremely bland. They pale in comparison to the rest of the game.

Will be great for action fans though.

I very much enjoyed the demo and look forward to playing the game next year.

But I'm not blown away by it. Graphics is nothing too spectacular, button combos are similar to Devil May Cry so nothing innovating there and story seems not too bad so far.

So in my opinion, it's just going to be a good action game for next year and nothing else. Surely no one is expecting this to get GOTY or anything right?

the demo was very impressive and i played the ps3 version the game is perfectly playable and i noticed nothing that hurt the gameplay...ive been taking a second look at this game. dantes inferno however... just meh except i like the skill tree concept. maybe ill get it when it gets Cheep bayonetta howover i may shell out for
