Roller Coaster Tycoon by far. #1 is my favorite game of all time, #2 was a very worthy successor, while #3 is shunned. :/

RCT 3 was horrible.

The franchise was meant to be in 2D. The 3D broke the fun.

RCT was pure perfection. RCT3 wasn't as bad as people made it seem. It was really fun IMO.
Restaurant Empire was really good also.

But you could RIDE the ride. I loved all the the RCT games, but 3 is my favorite.
