The reason the PS3 has benefited the most from a price cut and will continue to benefit the most from a price cut is because Price was the biggest barrier between a consumer buying a PS3. The Wii benefited the least because it was not much of a barrier for consumers. For the 360 it was a pretty big barrier but at this point it has become less and less of a barrier so for recent and future price cuts the benefit wont be nearly as much.
