Except they pretty much made the game the best they could and it is awesome. Maybe this would be more fitting, "I don't buy games that don't interest me no matter how good they are."

The game doesn't really interests me much either (doesn't suit my taste) but how can you skip out on a game just because it's 2D?
Also, I wish people would stop expecting such games to be a big seller, they're niche for a reason.
