Well tomorrow is the 8th(?) anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

I still remember where I was on that fateful day, the day that changed who we knew our enemies were..

I was living in jacksonville, Florida and I was in the 3rd grade. I think class was starting then my teacher turned on the TV to the news station. We watched all up until the second plane hit and the first tower collapsed. At the time I thought it was some sort of movie, but it wasn't.

The feeling at home was different. Mom was glued to the TV, crying even sometimes. Dad, being his 18th year in the military, had many more factors to deal with. As retirement was supposed to be 2 years away. Luckily things worked out and he was able to retire.

And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this PS4... And this gaming PC. - The PS4 and the Gaming PC and that's all I need... And this Xbox 360. - The PS4, the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360, and that's all I need... And these PS3's. - The PS4, and these PS3's, and the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360... And this Nintendo DS. - The PS4, this Xbox 360, and the Gaming PC, and the PS3's, and that's all *I* need. And that's *all* I need too. I don't need one other thing, not one... I need this. - The Gaming PC and PS4, and Xbox 360, and thePS3's . Well what are you looking at? What do you think I'm some kind of a jerk or something! - And this. That's all I need.

You remember where you were but you don't remember the year?

A little side note, I understand 9/11 was a tragedy but some people need to just let things go. We had planned to go to New York this weekend but then remembered it was 9/11 this weekend and things were going to be bat shit insane so put it off a few weeks.

On topic-- I was in bed sleeping. My roommate came in and told me something had happened with terrorists, I told him something along the lines of go to Hell, I've seen it before and then went back to sleep. I didn't realize it was anything big until I went to class a few hours later and people were crowded around TV monitors in the hallway.

I was at school here in Houston, 5th grade I think. I didn't know much what was going on but my whole school had a moment of silence after it happened.
